Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority at PlayPeak. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Request a Return
Email us at hello@playpeak.com.au with your order number and a brief description (and photos if possible) of the issue. We'll get back to you within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@playpeak.com.au. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, assembled, or are missing original packaging cannot be accepted for return unless they are faulty.
